This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics. We only learn about you if you email us or buy from one of our apps.

Who we are

Lunonia Inc (“we”, “us”) runs this website, www.lunonia.com, and the apps listed on it. You can reach us at [email protected] or 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

What this policy covers

This policy covers lunonia.com and your emails and payments with Lunonia Inc. Each app has its own privacy policy for what happens inside it: Opusly privacy policy and Timeline Visualizer privacy policy.

When you visit this website

  • We don't set cookies and don't use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
  • The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for.
  • The fonts, images and videos on this site are served from our own domain, not from third parties.

When you email us

We receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of support and billing requests. We keep these emails for as long as we need them for that and for our legal and tax records.

When you buy from one of our apps

  • Opusly payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's checkout page, and Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. We never receive your full card number. From Stripe we receive what we need to deliver and support your purchase: your email address, name, billing country, what you bought, the amount and whether the payment succeeded.
  • Timeline Visualizer Pro is sold through our payment partner, acting as merchant of record, whose own privacy policy applies to its checkout. We never see your card details. To activate Pro we keep the license key, the order ID and the email address you used at checkout; the Timeline Visualizer privacy policy has the details.
  • We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business (hosting, payment processing and email), only for that purpose, or when the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or send you a copy. Email [email protected] from the address the request is about. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the date at the top.
